HIIT

Are you searching for the most efficient way to get lean, conditioned, and strong? Are you looking to keep your workout fresh and interesting, and build your athletic capacity? Then look no further than High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)! We can’t promise it will be easy…but it sure gets results and is a lot of fun. With HIIT, you alternate short bursts of intense exercise with periods of lower intensity. Incorporating HIIT sessions into your exercise program is a great addition if you are a recreational or competitive athlete. Remember, “high intensity” means “high intensity for YOU”!

HIIT Class

Our High Intensity Interval Training is an excellent blent of strength and cardiovascular strategies, alternated with short perio of intense anaerobic exercise and recovery periods. Jump in and try to complete a workout of 45-minutes followed by a deserved 15-minute cool down and stretch.
