Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise which helps to maintain balance, flexibility and strength, as well as develop body awareness and sharpness of mind. It is suitable for all ages and involves all parts of the body, improving posture, breathing and circulation. The course will be fun and interactive -- a great way to learn!
