Happy Hour Tennis

Happy Hour is a staple at RSC and one of our most popular non-instructional programs. Players will compete in fun games for the entire hour. This is a great way to practice and work on a variety of skills in a fun and competitive environment. Some of the games that are played are King/Queen of the Court, Rush and Crush, Cisco’s Disco, Winners, Jeopardy, Beat the Pro and more! Register for this program is not on UTR and run through your account on our website as usual.

Cardio Tennis

This extremely popular course will give you an incredible workout and push you to the limit. The drills are designed to have you hit hundreds of balls and be constantly moving. Not only will you have an amazing workout but also you will get the repetitions on your strokes to improve your overall game. This class is high intensity so be prepared to work hard and sweat buckets ! Level 2.5 and higher. 6:1 Ratio

Group Lesson - Novice

If you have played Tennis before but want to touch up on your fundamentals join us for this Novice level program. If you have a basic understanding of Tennis and have limited experience then this is the class for you! Level 1.0 to 2.5. Player to Coach Ratio- 6:1.

Group Lesson - Advanced

This course is designed for the avid tennis player who wants to bring his/her game to the next level. Shot placement and spin application is worked on as well as specialty shots such as lobs, drop shots, the overhead smash angle shots and much more. Both singles and doubles match play is a big part of the course. This is a course that is designed for players that are playing or have the goal to play in leagues as well as club and NCTA tournaments. Level 4.0 or higher. Player to Coach Ratio- 6:1.
