Fitness Classes

Cardio & Strength Combo
Join Loree for a heart-pumping class to improve your cardiovascular endurance and to improve your strength for everyday activities! The workout will be done standing and seated. Bring your weights and resistance band with you to class!
10-10:45am
Balance, Core, and Stretch (BCS)
Challenge your balance in new ways, work on back and core strength, and stretch out your muscles with this full body fitness class. The workout will be done standing, seated on chairs, and on the floor on yoga mats. Bring your yoga mat and weights.
Wednesdays:
9-9:45am
Low Impact Aerobics
Follow along with low impact aerobics that are gentle on your joints and that will get your heart pumping. The workout will be done standing. No equipment needed for this class.
10-10:45am
TMC Fitness
Join Loree for a total muscle conditioning strength-building fitness class to improve your strenth for everyday activities! Get your heart rate up with effective exercises for your core, upper and lower body. The workout will be done standing and seated. Bring your weights and resitance band with you to class!
Friday
12-12:45pm- Zumba Gold
Join Emma for a varied a Zumba each week! Workouts include exercises to improve strength, balance, mobility or flexibility. Sign up for this class and be ready to move and have fun! The workout will be done standing and seated. Bring your weights and resistance band to class. All levels welcome.
