The Golf Fitness Training will consist of 5 classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Hypopressive/Low Pressure Fitness is a method for training the core using a breathing technique and specific positions. Low Pressure Fitness, a full body exercise program, can be performed by both men and women, and no equipment is required. This is what to expect from performing hypopressives: Tone deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, Enhance posture, Prevent all types of herniation (abdominal, vaginal, etc.), Regulate and/or improve respiratory parameters, Prevent and/or reduce the symptoms of urinary incontinence in both men and women, Improve the management of intra-abdominal pressure, Improve venous return, Prevent musculoskeletal injuries, Improve limbo-pelvic stabilization, Enhance quality of life and well-being.
Members: $80 + HST, Non-Members $95 + HST (5 weeks)

A low-impact class that improves stability, posture and overall physical function by focusing on full body and core strengthening and balance-enhancing exercises. Options and modifications offered to suit all fitness levels. Participants can expect to build strength, balance, coordination and flexibility, while enhancing their ability to perform daily and/or recreational activities and reducing their risk of injury. Please bring a yoga-style mat or large towel for floor work (options given if getting down to/up from floor is not accessible).
